The final project is due soon, so its about time to start seriously working on it. So far we have a few ideas on what to do, I wont spoil them or anything until the project is done, but I think its going to come out pretty well. Other than that not much of an update, other than finals are approaching at an alarming speed so I should start preparing for that stuff also.
So much work this time of year.

Website done.
Ever closer to finishing this course and the year. With the website handed in that leaves only 1 project left, an Adobe Premiere video project. Its a teamwork sorta thing, shouldnt be too bad. A few ideas are brewing and need to be layed out in a story board format before we can go ahead with the project.

Website update
The website is coming along nicely. I've gone through a few different options and layouts for the website and I think I've come across something that is simple, yet effective. So far I've designed all the pages in Adobe Photoshop and now am just working out the glitches in my Dreamweaver template. Dreamweaver is surprisingly easy to use.
I'll keep you updated as the project nears completion.

Collage, websites, what nots.
Its been far too long since I last added to this blog so I figured an update was needed. I turned 23 years old last week, thats pretty much all that is new on a personal level. As for creativity and what not, my collage is complete.

That's that.
Now its time for a website, I'll keep you updated as the process comes nearer to completion.

Collages are really...something.
I've never had the desire to make a collage, then again, the thought of creating a self portrait, editing it in Adobe Photoshop, paying $7.50 to obtain a 6x4 print of previously mentioned portrait on some sort of foam board substance, and then presenting it to the class so they can critique it never dawned on me either. The collage I think will be more difficult than the self portrait. Self portraits were rather easy in comparison, a picture of you, some other junk, and a lens flare for good measure and you had a keeper. A collage on the other hand needs a theme, images fitting said theme, and the know how to make it look like something and not like the first 10 images from Google image search just slapped down.
Of course you could do that, claim it as some new form of art and I suppose no one could disagree. I'm looking around for a theme or idea to turn into something that someone, at some point may call a collage, as of yet, nothing interesting has struck me.
So I will leave you with this collage

Yeah, that is a couple of sea monsters, with half human bodies, engaging in what appears to be boxing...I'll never come up with something this awesome.

Cram time.
It wasn't until last night that I had taken all of my photos. My friend and I worked through a few different ideas before finally landing on one that I liked and would also work. I'll post the final outcome here when it's complete. I'm going to be cramming to actually get the several photos blended together to something that doesn't look like crap. Printing, framing and the writing of the creative strategy is going to take a large portion of time also.
Procrastination is horrible, and I never learn.
